In-Person
Join us for a candid and supportive workshop led by Sean Cheng and Mari Hashimoto from Campus Counseling to explore mental health through the lens of the APIDA (Asian Pacific Islander Desi American) experience. From the pressures of perfectionism and the weight of family expectations, to navigating identity, gender roles, and the "model minority" myth—this event is a space to unpack it all. All students are welcome!
