Latinx Heritage Month Poster Making Session
Join us in celebrating Latinx Heritage Month with a hands-on poster making session honoring the powerful legacy of visual art and activism in the Latinx American community. From historic political movements to modern design, posters have long been a tool for voice, resistance, and change.
Date: Thursday, October 23, 2025
Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: Archetype Press, Room 103 | 950 building
Registration is required and space is limited to 22 participants, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot.
In this interactive session, participants will learn about the cultural impact of poster design in Latinx American history and a poster piece inspired by the spirit of activism and heritage. All materials are provided, and no prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity and curiosity.
